Standard Protection
Every rental through Relynq Now includes community damage protection for verified items.
Damage Guidelines
In case of damage, providers must report within 24 hours of return. Renters are responsible for a fixed deductible.
The Deposit System
Security deposits act as the first line of defense and are held securely until item return confirmation.
Transparency
We encourage 'pre-rental photos' for every transaction to ensure clear evidence of item condition.
A Shared Responsibility
While we provide a layer of protection, Relynq is a community of shared trust. We act as a professional mediator for all disputes, using captured data and photos to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.
Key Limitations
- • Protection does not cover mechanical wear and tear.
- • Intentional damage or loss is handled via legal civil recovery.
- • Documentation (photos) is mandatory for any claim to be valid.
